Airbus makes SKYTRAC avionics available in new helicopters
SKYTRAC satcom systems will be available in multiple new Airbus helicopter models ranging from the H145 to the H225
Airbus has signed a long-term contract with satellite communications (satcom) specialist, SKYTRAC, Canada, to make SKYTRAC avionics available in new H145, H160, H175 and H225 helicopter models.
The available SKYTRAC satcom systems include the SDL-350, ISAT-200A, and the MTC-100 cockpit dialer. These include capabilities ranging from automated flight following, helicopter flight data monitoring, satellite Push-to-Talk, and text communications.
Avionics for EMS and Law Enforcement
