LOFT DYNAMICS AT HAI HELI-EXPO 2023
We invite you to booth #C2610 at HAI HELI-EXPO 2023, from 7th to the 9th March 2023 at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta
Airbus H125 Glass Cockpit
The Loft Dynamics team is developing the Airbus H125 glass cockpit based on the Garmin G500H TXi and the GTN650Xi avionics. The touch screens are fully functional and the devices portray their original functionality. In addition, there is a virtual tablet for reading checklists and using navigation charts. This enables training towards instrument rating, including performance-based navigation.
Airbus H125 Dual Hydraulic System
As a novelty Loft Dynamics will offer the representation of the dual hydraulic system. Customers can choose whether to have a single or dual hydraulic system implemented in their H125 simulator delivered in the future. This is at no additional cost.
Airbus H145
Airbus Helicopters and Loft Dynamics are co-developing an Airbus H145 virtual reality training device. The helicopter is a twinengine multi-purpose rotorcraft tailored for emergency medical services and law enforcement duties, along with aerial work, passenger transport, including private and business aviation, and offshore operations. It is the latest member of the Airbus’ fourtonne-class twin-engine rotorcraft product range – with built-in mission capability and flexibility, especially for high and hot operating conditions. The combination of both companies’ expertise will bring a compact, affordable high quality simulator to the market. With the advantages of a virtual reality 360° 3D visual system combined with a motion system, H145 operators can benefit from exact replication of their individual H145 D2/D3 cockpit layout. The OEM simulation package of Airbus Helicopters ensures authentic flight behaviour and correct replication of the system functionality.
Robinson R22: Learn on the Simulator, Apply in the Helicopter
Loft Dynamics training devices accurately represent the flight behaviour of the right aircraft. Furthermore, the cockpit controls are intuitively realistic. This opens the door for new training concepts; basic manoeuvres like hovering, attitude flying, entire traffic patterns and autorotations can be trained on the simulator. Thereafter, pilots are able to apply their learning immediately and directly to real life. This saves costs, improves training efficiency and enhances flight safety, and not to mention it is incredibly environmentally friendly.

When presented with wire strikes, what the risks, training and equipment you need; when carrying a load on the hoist, what are the dangers that come with the job; blood, blood products and organs require delicate and deliberate storage and handling; what are the considerations for global management of sovereign firefighting fleets; and how do they approach HEMS and SAR in Aotearoa; plus a whole lot more to keep you informed and good to go!
Loft Dynamics Team
We provide the demanding pilot with a true flight experience in the virtual world.
From the familiarisation to a turbine helicopter to demanding scenario-based trainings, mountain flying and emergency trainings, simulation is tailored on the needs of the trainee.
