Entrol launches brand new FTD simulator based on the Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane

The H64 FTD Level 2 simulator is based on the market-leading, twin-engine Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane helicopter, used globally for firefighting purposes, due to its high capacity and quick water refilling ability. It is also used for civil protection, heavy lift construction and timber harvesting.

It has been installed and certified as an FTD Level 2 at the Heli Protection Europe srl Training Center in Rieti, Italy.

We believe this simulator will increase safety in firefighting operations, as well as help reduce the carbon footprint of the training. Entrol added a new simulator to its portfolio, the HO5 / H125, back in October 2020.
